VOICE ASSISTANCE

A MULTI-APPLICATION VOICE CARD

Description:

This voice module makes it easy to add voice messages to your equipment!
Each message is controlled by an opto-coupled input, which can be, for example, a program selection.
Messages can be customized as they are recorded in WAV format on a simple USB key!
All parameters are set by an INI file on the USB key.
It is possible to create contexts (program text and voice messages) and then go to another context…

Example: Question and answer games

Parallel mode inputs

In this mode, each return is associated with a message. When the input status changes, the message is programmed.

Binary mode inputs

In this mode, each return is associated with a message. When the input status changes, the message is started.

Message settings

To simplify programming, each message is associated with parameters. You can define the delay between the impulse and message playback, the number of repetitions... Example: the PLC detects a part and programs a message to be read. The message is actually read 10 seconds later.

Scheduled messages

You can set voice messages to be read at a specific time. Example: 18h50 "Attention! The laundromat is closing" repeat 10 times every minute.

Question-and-answer scenario

Using the display and buttons, the electronic board asks questions (text and message) and waits for answers (using the buttons). Each answer can lead to a new question.
